A health certificate is a personal official document certifying that the patient does not have contagious infectious and other diseases that are transmitted by airborne droplets or through household items. A health certificate is mandatory for workers in such fields as education, medicine, everyday life, and the food industry.
A personal health certificate is issued only once, and then requires regular renewal, the terms of which are set depending on the field of activity. Usually this is once every six months or a year.
You can renew your health certificate at any public or private medical institution in the city. To do this, you only need to have your passport and health certificate with you.
Renewal of the health certificate requires a repeated medical examination by specialized specialists – a psychiatrist, dermatovenerologist, narcologist, therapist. All necessary tests and fluorography are also re-taken. The doctors’ conclusion and test results are entered into the book. At the end of the medical examination, the personal book is signed by the head physician and secured with the seal of the medical institution. The date of the next medical examination is mandatory.
