All car owners, according to the issued legislative and regulatory act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (order No. 65/80, 31.01.2013), are required to determine the Rh factor and blood type, with subsequent entry in the medical certificate in form 083/o. Then this data will be entered into the driver’s license. The law comes into force on October 19, 2019, so medical certificates that do not include the blood type and Rh factor will be considered invalid.
